In this case, we represented Plaintiff through trial and received a judgment in her favor in the amount of $36,800.00 against the principal and $12,500.00, against the Surety company.

G. I.G. v. M. M. et al

Los Angeles County, 2019

In this case, we represented Defendant who was sued for $1.5 million dollars for negligence in his work resulting in the destruction of a strip mall. We settled the case for $15,000.

J & J Sports v. J. Thompson et al.

Federal District Court [Central], 2019

In this case, we represented a sports bar regarding the showing of the alleged wrongful showing of the Pacquiao vs. Mayweather fight. After plaintiff filed a motion for summary judgment in Federal court, we filed a cross-motion for summary judgment on which we prevailed, and the case was dismissed.

M. Hanif v. Muzaffar Ali et al.

Los Angeles County, 2017

In this case, we represented Plaintiff. After five years of litigation and six days of trial we received a jury verdict in favor of our client in the amount of $445,067.00 for five counts of fraud.

G. De La Rosa et al. v. M. Ramos et al.

In this case, we represented one of the Defendants and were able to get the case dismissed and a judgment entered in favor of our client.

R.P. v. A.E. et al.

Sacramento County, 2016

In this case we represented the Defendants who were sued for legal malpractice. We got the case dismissed with a timely demurrer.

In this case, we represented the Defendants and judge dismissed the case on the day of trial after an untimely motion was made.

M. Rochel v. S. Lavian

Los Angeles County, 2015

In this case, we represented the Plaintiff and sued the Defendant for fraud in taking our client’s money under false pretenses.  We received a judgment in the amount of $413,085.00.

R. Rincon v. C. Formica

Los Angeles County, 2015

In this case, we represented the Plaintiff and sued the Defendant for breach of contract in taking our client’s money and property. We received a judgment in the amount of $21,176.00.

C.H v. T.B. et al.

In this case, we represented the Defendants who were sued for legal malpractice. We got the case dismissed with a timely demurrer.

A. Zerehi v. Car Connection et al.

San Bernardino County, 2012

In this case, we represented the Plaintiff who was defrauded by a used car dealer. We sued for breach of contract and fraud among other things. Case went to trial where we were victorious against the bonding company. Other entities were defaulted.

W. Petroleum v. H. Beach et al.

Los Angeles County, 2012

In this case, we represented the defendant who was sued for breach of a petroleum distributer’s contract.  The case went to trial and the case was defensed – Plaintiff lost.

S. Kevorkian v. D. Smolko et al.

Riverside County, 2012

In this case, we represented a partnership that was sued for breach of contract and common counts. After one week of trial our client was dismissed from the case after we requested and filed a motion for nonsuit.

V. Burolla et al. v Got Toyz et al.

Riverside County, 2007

In this case, we represented the Defendant who was accused of negligence in the death of an off-road rental of a vehicle and an accident causing death. Case was dismissed with prejudice on a motion for judgment on the pleadings 30 days before trial.

T. Nguyen et al. v. T. King et al

San Bernardino County, 2006

In this case, we represented the Defendant who was sued for breach of contract for not paying for a kitchen remodel.  We filed a cross complaint and then, after we determined the plaintiff was not licensed, a motion for judgment on the pleadings. We received a judgment in our client’s favor because of plaintiff’s faulty work and lack of a contractor’s license.

The client was accused of sexual misconduct with a minor in a day care by the Department of Social Services

After trial the case was dismissed.

EDD v. O.C.

2016

EDD took over $300,000 of our client’s money when they sold their property.

After lengthy negotiations and court rulings EDD returned the money to our client.

DRE v. J. G.

2012

Client was accused of performing loan modifications illegally by the Department of Real Estate.

The case settled before trial and the client kept his license.

DMV v. B.R.

2012

Client arrested for DUI.

The case was dismissed after the DMV hearing when the officer testified to not giving the implied consent directive.

DSS v. L.L.

2011

Client accused of abusing children and fraud by the Department of Social Services. 

Case was settled before trial and business kept their license.

DSS v. B.P.

2009

he client was allowing a registered sex offender in her day care by the Department of Social Services. 

After trial the case was dismissed.

CBN v. C.A.W.

2009

Client was accused of not disclosing prior convictions therefor license was to be revoked by the Nursing Board. 

After trial client kept license and given probation.

BOC v. J.B.C.

2007

he client was accused by the Board of Cosmetology of running a dirty shop.  

The case was settled at trial. No license suspension.

DMV v. J.H.

2007

Client arrested for DUI. The case was dismissed after the DMV hearing when the police officers’ testimony contradicted each other on who gave the admonishments.
