In this case, we represented a sports bar regarding the showing of the alleged wrongful showing of the Pacquiao vs. Mayweather fight. After plaintiff filed a motion for summary judgment in Federal court, we filed a cross-motion for summary judgment on which we prevailed, and the case was dismissed.

In this case, we represented a partnership that was sued for breach of contract and common counts. After one week of trial our client was dismissed from the case after we requested and filed a motion for nonsuit.

In this case, we represented the Defendant who was accused of negligence in the death of an off-road rental of a vehicle and an accident causing death. Case was dismissed with prejudice on a motion for judgment on the pleadings 30 days before trial.

In this case, we represented the Defendant who was sued for breach of contract for not paying for a kitchen remodel.  We filed a cross complaint and then, after we determined the plaintiff was not licensed, a motion for judgment on the pleadings. We received a judgment in our client’s favor because of plaintiff’s faulty work and lack of a contractor’s license.
